Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly.

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Essentials Market’s support team with their order details.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be offered.
